Ensure surfaces are above 5°C, clean, sound and free of dust, oil & grease. Protect all surfacesaround the work area from contact with foam. Wear gloves and safety eye goggles.

Application: Shake can vigorously, at least 20 times, to mix contents. Load Max Bond Pro Gun Adhesive onto the applicator gun by screwing the can into the top of the gun. Do not over-tighten. To dispense Max Bond Pro Gun Adhesive, turn the screw thread (at the rear of the gun) to adjust the amount the trigger can be depressed, hold the gun vertically (can upside down over the gun) and direct nozzle over joist or stud. Gently press gun trigger to release Max Bond Pro Gun Adhesive. The rate of extrusion can be varied by turning the screw thread at the rear of the gun.

Extrude a 9-12mm bead of adhesive to the center of all floor joists. Where panels butt together, apply two beads of adhesive side by side, or one 12mm bead in a zig zag pattern. Press subfloor or panel into place and screw/nail down, following manufacturers instructions.

For optimum performance, allow 5 minutes after application of adhesive to joists before laying floor. When curing, the adhesive will expand a small amount to fill any voids between the two substrates. Remove can from applicator gun ONLY when can is empty.
