FulaSeal™ Construction Joint Sealant is a single component, water based, construction grade sealant for interior and exterior construction sealing applications. FulaSeal™ can be used in vertical and horizontal sealing applications where a flexible joint is required.

Foster 32-19 Duct-Fas Duct Sealant is a fire resistive, water based, indoor/outdoor, U.V. resistant, non-fibrated sealant for use on high velocity ducts to form a flexible yet durable seal against air leakage. Foster Duct-Fas Duct Sealant has been specially formulated for ease of application, clean “break-off”, and nonslumping at elevated temperatures.

Foster 40-20LO is an acrylic copolymer emulsion coating specifically formulated to seal the surfaces of substrates. When used over duct liner insulation it will seal and re-surface the insulation, retarding release of loose fibres. The dried film is resistant to the growth of mould and mildew. As a result, when used in HVAC duct systems building occupants may enjoy a work space free of the odour problems often associated with contaminated systems. It is ideal for sealing surfaces after mould remediation has been completed.
